Wreckless on the Road

So, I'm driving on 795 yesterday (headed towards Reisterstown for a tutoring session) and I'm looking around at all the other drivers. Now, I've heard those stories about people who drive on the highway and are putting on makeup and stuff like that...and I have put on lip gloss or something like that. But I was so AMAZED when I look to my right and there's a man driving and SHAVING!!! I mean, he had one of those electric (well, battery-run) shavers and was SHAVING as he drove along 795! Several questions came to mind!!
1) is this SAFE for him and for US...the other drivers on the road!
2) was he running THAT late??? Seriously, he felt that it was OK to leave the house with the thought "I can always just shave IN THE CAR?" Really?
3) isn't that NASTY? I mean, maybe he wasn't all that hairy, but still EWWW!

This was just appalling to me!! Wow!

I have changed out of my suit and into my gym clothes several time while driving my car. It's not as hard as it seems. The hardest part is changing my pants.

I can imagine that might be a smidge difficult--the pants, I mean!
Once when I was about 11, I changed out of my bathing suit back into my regular clothes in a moving car, at the suggestion of a friend's mom. We were on I-83 at the time!! And it WAS a one-piece!

Changing

So...I have decided that for REAL this time, I want to cut my hair...specifically like Rihanna's cute lil bob cut!! I want it cut like that AND colored!! It will be cute...I will be cute WITH it and I'm excited!! For a while, I was "afraid" to cut my hair, but why...seriously, it's JUST hair!! Bright as a highliter!! Really?

Warning: the following post is about tinkle aka urine! If you care not to know about this part of my life, please exit this blog now! (Or read a few other posts!) OK, now that I've given the warning...I have a question: Is anyone else UTTERLY DISTURBED by the fact that vitamins cause your tinkle (calling it "pee" seemed so juvenile in writing, although that is TOTALLY what I call it in "real life!") to be FLUORESCENT? I mean...honestly, I'm sure that if I took my vitamins later in the day and I went to the bathroom at night, then I'd probably NOT need to turn the light on. I'm rather bothered by the fact that something that is supposed to supplement and help my body causes another bodily function to alter, for lack of a better way to say it, in such a way! Rhetorical?

Just had a random thought I had as I called Five Guys to get the price of a "little cheeseburger". When you call a place like Five Guys or Pizza Hut or anywhere that is a business that accepts calls from customers, when they say "can you please hold?" is it actually a rhetorical question? or better yet, is it actually a demand posed as a polite question...which is just "polite" for "I have something else to do right now so I can't talk to you, so HOLD! If you don't like it, TOUGH!! At least we 'asked'?" Because think about it, when the voice on the other end of the phone asked me if I would please hold...what were my options? I could have said, "No! I won't hold! " but where would that have gotten me? Would she have actually stopped ringing up people in my ear and heard my question? I highly doubt it!
